Pictures for Progress

When you make a lifestyle change, don't forget step one: take a selfie. Set a point for yourself from where you can improve. Give yourself the motivation to start TODAY!

It may seem silly or scary or sad, but a before picture can be a huge driving force for keeping up with your health. Sometimes it's frustrating to go through the day to day and not see big changes, although others may point out that you've lost weight or have a new glow. 

Progress pictures make the differences in you apparent. Start with your before picture and keep up with them! Every week, every month, every time you get in a slump, or every 100% week. 

Don't let yourself give up because you can't see how much you've improved! Go take a selfie.
