Functional Fitness

Functional fitness is exercising in a way that prepares you for daily tasks and activities. They're great for the busy bee, because you can do them throughout your day!

Knock out some squats while you're brushing your teeth, calf raises as you wash the dishes, lunge while fold laundry, and plank during commercial breaks.
