Recipe: Cashew Pesto

Get the basil out of your garden and add a little flavor to your dishes! Pesto is great as a topping for baked chicken, mixed into zoodles, and spread on some turkey rolls!

Cashew Pesto

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cashews, soaked
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste


Add all ingredients to blender, and puree until smooth.

Mix in to your shrimp, chicken, or vegetables for some healthy fats and antioxidants!
