Mountain: Stand with feet hip distance apart. Relax your shoulders and close your eyes.
Upward Salute: Sweep your arms out to the side and raise them above your head. Lengthen your body until you're as tall as you can be.
Tree: Bring the sole of your foot to rest on your inner thigh. The higher up your foot is on your leg, the more difficult this pose will be. Bring your hands down in prayer position in front of your chest.
Forward Fold: Stand with both feet on the ground. Bend knees slightly, and fold at the hips, reaching down toward your toes.
Extended Puppy: Start in table pose, with knees bent to the ground. Extend your arms out, and bring your chest to the ground. Keep your behind up in the air, like you would for the downward dog position.
Child's Pose: Sit back onto your legs, keeping your arms extended. Let your body sink into the floor.
Corpse: Lie flat on your back with your palms facing up. Close your eyes, and focus on each body part touching the floor.
Bridge: Bend your knees and place the soles of your feet on the ground. Lift your hips so your form a straight line from your neck to your knees.
Legs up on Wall: Lift your legs, so they are at a 90 degree angle to your body. Rest them on the wall, keeping your upper body flat on the ground.
Half Lord of the Fish: Sit up and extend both legs in front of you. Bend one leg and pull that foot in towards you. Bring the opposite elbow to your bent knee and push against it, twisting to face behind you.
